Right of withdrawal

Returns due to manufacturing defects.

The Customer shall be able to return to KARMIG, free of charge, any product that presents manufacturing defects. The Customer shall notify KARMIG of his/her non-conformity of the purchased products within a month’s period from the date he/she is aware of his non-conformity. In case The Customer fails to notify KARMIG within the established term, he/she will be liable for any damages incurred.

The Customer shall be able to return or exchange any products that present manufacturing defects free of charge.

In order to return the products, The Customer must contact KARMIG within a month’s time period via email to info@karmig.com, pointing the product or products he/she wants to return, with the damaged product’s photo attached, and a detailed description of every damage or defect he/she has noticed.

Once KARMIG has been notified by The Customer, he/she shall be contacted by KARMIG within 3 to 5 working days to inform whether the return is approved, or not. If the return is approved, KARMIG will direct The Customer how to proceed to collect, or ship the damaged products from/to their offices/stores.

Any returned product shall be sent back in its original conditions, unworn, in its original packaging and with the store labels attached, together with its original documents and all accessories. KARMIG reserves the right to deny the return if The Customer doesn’t send the product under these terms.

Once KARMIG has received the product and confirmed the damages and defects, The Customer shall be given the possibility to exchange it for a similar one, unless this option is objectively impossible or unreasonable to KARMIG.

In case the delivery of a similar product is not possible due to lack of stock, The Customer shall be given the choice whether to terminate the contract (any paid costs will be reimbursed), or be sent another different product of his/her choice.

The similar product, or the new model of The Customer’s choice shall be delivered to The Customer within 3 to 5 working days from the date KARMIG approves the exchange of the damaged product or the shipping of the new model one.

The exchange, delivery of a new model or a similar product or the termination of the contract shall be held free of charge to The Customer.

If The Customer decides to terminate the contract, KARMIG shall reimburse the total amount of the costs paid by The Customer for the damaged or defective product (shipping costs included.)

KARMIG informs Customers that the repayment term may vary depending on the payment method chosen by The Customer at the time of purchase:

– If the payment was made by credit/debit card, KARMIG shall reimburse the costs to The Customer within 14 calendar days from the termination of the contract by The Customer.

– If the payment was made via PayPal, KARMIG shall reimburse the costs to The Customer within 24 to 48 hours from the termination of the contract by The Customer.

 

Withdrawal.

In case The Customer is not in agreement with the products received in his/her order, he/she shall be given, in accordance to the Spanish General Law for The Customers and the Users Protection,14 calendar days to return the totality of the order, or to return any of the products included in the order, free of charge and without the need to state the reasons.

However, The Customer shall pay for the direct costs of the return to KARMIG, whether he/she decides to return the totality, or only some products of the order.

In order to formalize the return of the products, The Customer shall contact KARMIG via email to info@karmig.com, together with the withdrawal requested information.

KARMIG assumes no liability for the delivery company that The Customer hires to return/exchange the products. In this sense, KARMIG recommends The Customer to hire any delivery company that provides The Customer with a proof of delivery, once the package has been delivered by the messenger in the KARMIG offices.

KARMIG assumes no liability for any mistakes in the delivery address where The Customer sends his/her returned products. When sent back from Spain, the address must always be our offices in Spain.

Any returned order costs (like delivery company costs) shall be paid by The Customer.

Any returned products shall be sent back in original conditions, unworn, in their original packaging and with the store labels attached, and its original documents and all accessories. If The Customer doesn’t send the product under these terms, or if the returned products are damaged in the process, The Customer shall accept that the product will suffer devaluation, or KARMIG may deny the return.

Once KARMIG confirms that the order has arrived in good conditions, KARMIG shall proceed to reimburse the totality of the costs paid by The Customer.

In case The Customer decides to return the totality of the order, KARMIG shall reimburse the totality of the costs paid by The Customer (shipping costs included.)

In case The Customer should return only one or some of the products included in the order, KARMIG shall not be able to reimburse the total amount of the costs paid by The Customer.

KARMIG informs Customers that the repayment term may vary depending on the payment method chosen by The Customer at the time of purchase:

In any case, KARMIG shall reimburse the paid costs to The Customer as soon as possible, within 14 calendar days from the date he/she informed KARMIG of the decision to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

Exchanging product Policy

KARMIG shall not accept the exchange of any product purchased by The Customer, for another similar product from the Web.

In case The Customer wants to exchange a product for another, he/she shall exercise his/her right of withdrawal on the said product and then proceed to buy a new product of his/her choice.
